As the Sales & Marketing Director at Whitewater Ski Resort, I exceeded skier visitation targets by leveraging a strategic, data-driven approach that delivered exceptional engagement and measurable results.
Implementing a data-driven content marketing strategy was pivotal in ensuring our messaging resonated deeply with the audience, elevating the resort's digital presence. At the same time, I led the reintroduction and reimagination of events, infusing fresh energy into the calendar and creating opportunities to strengthen community connections.



During my tenure, the resort experienced remarkable growth, marked by the launch of a backcountry lodge, campground, a revamped website, a new chairlift, and refreshed branding. This comprehensive approach not only expanded the resort’s offerings but also solidified its reputation as a premier year-round destination. My contributions included driving year-round revenue and visitation growth through strategic planning, innovative brand management, and cultivating meaningful partnerships, ensuring the resort’s sustained success and future growth.



During my tenure, I introduced new campaigns designed to resonate with the community and navigate the current climate, driving engagement and fostering a sense of connection. These efforts not only enhanced the resort’s authenticity but also kept it fresh, relevant, and exciting for our target market amidst our growth.
One of the standout campaigns was It All Started with a Dream, which captured and communicated sentiments that deeply resonated with our season pass holders. Every winter begins with a dream, and I wanted to ensure we celebrated the unique journeys that bring individuals to the slopes while reinforcing our support for those aspirations.
Another initiative I spearheaded was the Shoulder Series, a community-focused engagement campaign designed to bridge connections between local brands and bring people together in the lead-up to season pass sales. This series created opportunities for collaboration, strengthened local relationships, and built excitement for the upcoming season.
Lastly, I elevated Real Talk, an authentic and transparent communication strategy that became a cornerstone of our social media presence. This initiative allowed us to share timely updates about the resort while humanizing our brand, fostering trust, and creating a personal connection with our audience.
Through strategic planning, visionary brand management, and meaningful partnerships, I shaped the resort’s identity and fostered collaborative ventures that drove growth and elevated its standing in the industry. Whitewater will always hold a special place in my heart, and I eagerly anticipate my yearly pilgrimage to this snow sports mecca.
