When Rize entrusted me with their social media channels, the mission was clear: open up virtually to customers and redefine the voice within the real estate development industry. In an industry often conflicted, Rize stood out by fiercely guarding against the commoditization of their built environments, creating positive additions to Metro Vancouver communities. Running social channels for a real estate developer demands industry knowledge to navigate content creation. I meticulously researched competitors, developed content strategies, and crafted a voice grounded in Rize's values. The scope covered production, photography, strategy, paid media advertising, and graphic design.

With a focus on Surrey, BC, a rapidly growing city in the Lower Mainland, my work showcased the city's transformation and why it's becoming a sought-after place to live, work, and play. This led to the launch of LINEA, Rize’s development in Surrey City Centre, with the LINEA presentation center attracting over 1700 visitors in its first week. Rize's diverse developments across the Lower Mainland each have unique narratives.

From capturing mural artists at the Independent at Main to showcasing a day in the life of a Health and Safety Manager at Gold House, the goal was to tell compelling stories. This work extended to unveiling hidden gems within Surrey City Centre.

Finally, in Mt. Pleasant, the completion of a long-awaited art piece became a community celebration, reflecting the neighbourhood's charm and cultural history. In essence, my work aimed to authentically communicate Rize's commitment to creating vibrant, community-focused living spaces.
